Best Western Hotels evaluate projects in Peru

(06/28/2010)Best Western Hotel chain is currently evaluating hotel projects in Lima and Cusco, says Revolutions' representative Rafael Casas.
He told daily Gestión that Best Western is developing the five-star hotel project Vista Pacifico Resort project in Asia beach, which they expect to have completed by 2011.
He also said that this chain is interested in another project in Lima and in running a hotel in Cusco.
“It's not easy to find a proper location,” noted Casas, adding these projects would likely be in Miraflores (Lima) and Machu Picchu Pueblo.
Total investment for each hotel may reach US $35 million, which is the average for hotels this category, like the one which is being built in Asia, with more than 100 rooms.
