Program itinerary

Day 1. International airport – Hotel Lima

Upon arrival in Lima airport we meet and greed subsecuentrly we are transferred by private transportation to Miraflores district. Transfer time is about 40 minutes. Arriving to Miraflores we check into Miraflores Park Hotel. The hotel with incredible Ocean views. Meet and greed at the Hotel lounge. Here a representative will provide information about Lima and rewiev the next day’s tour program. Overnight in a wonderful Ocean View Executive Suite. The Miraflores Park Hotel in Lima is located in the Malécon de la Reserva in an exclusive residential area. The hotel provides easy access for all that's best about Lima and is renowned for its beautiful setting with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

Day 2. Lima city tour (B.L.)

At 08:30 there will be a private guided tour to downtown Lima which is also known as "The City of Kings" In this privated guided tour we visit the Torre Tagle Palace, Casa Aliaga museum, the Larco Herrera museum and the Gold museum in Miraflores. After the tour we enjoy a fabulous lunch at The Brujas De Cachique restaurant, one of Lima’s finest restaurants, serving International cuisine and ancient Peruvian Creole dishes. Spend the later afternoon and evening at your leisure.

Day 3. Lima - Cusco city tour (B.L.)

A representative will transfer you to Lima airport for the flight to Cusco city. Arriving to Cusco there will be a private transfer to Hotel Monasterio where you will be for one night in a Deluxe Oxygen Enriched Room. Lunch is served at the Hotel Restaurant Illariy, a unique intimate atmosphere with a distinctive Peruvian and International cuisine. Afternoon private guided tour to this historic city and its nearby Inca ruins start. Evening at leisure.

Day 4. Cusco – Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu (B.L.D.)

Morning transfer will be arranged to Poroy train station from where you will travel to Machu Picchu via the luxurious Hiram Bingham train where a brunch will be served as you watch the stunning landscape unfold and accompanied by your private guide. Upon arrival to Machupicchu station, we will be transferred onto the Hotel Inkaterra Machu Picchu Pueblo Hotel which is an intimate 85-cottage luxury hotel in sprawling Andean style village within the secluded 12 acres of exquisite beauty, where guests follow stone pathways to their whitewashed casitas. Lunch provided at the Hotel followed by leisure time. Later in the afternoon we walk along the hotel’s trails, and discover the fascinating yet fragile ecosystem of the Machu Picchu cloud forest, and learn about its many indigenous plants and variety of colorful birds; as well as an introduction to the Vilcanota river system. Afternoon tea will be served after the walking tour. Dinner A-la-carte will be provided at the Hotel restaurant.
Overnight in a wonderful Junior Suite Deluxe Casita.

Day 5. Machupicchu – Aguas Calientes – Cusco (B.L.D.)

An early walk in the morning will be offered to take advantage of the optimum time for cloud-forest bird watching with the possibility of sighting and be on the lookout for the cock-of-the-rock, the golden-headed quetzal and many of the 18 different hummingbirds native to the area. Back to the Hotel for breakfast and get ready to take a 30-minute bus transfer to the Sanctuary citadel of Machu Picchu. Your expert guide will lead a tour of the ancient Inca city, providing geological and historical information on key areas of interest, including the Intiwatana (the Sun Dial) square, the Sacred Plaza, the Temple of the Sun and other places of interest. Visiting Machu Picchu You will have the opportunity to revel in the energy and atmosphere of one of the most spectacular archaeological sites on the planet, surrounded by snow-capped peaks, mystical cloud forest and a sacred river. We return to Inkaterra hotel for Lunch and free time. In the afternoon we board the luxurious Hiram Bingham train where cocktails and gourmet dinner are served on the return to Cusco.
Upon arrival to Cusco city there will be a private transfer to the Monasterio Hotel for a two night stay in a Deluxe Oxygen Enriched room.

Day 6. Cusco – Inca’s Sacred Valley tour (B.L.)

Today we offer a private full day tour to the Inca’s Sacred Valley, starting at Pisac town and its famous Market and well preserved architectural site with a stunning view over the valley. Lunch will be provide at the Huayocari farm restaurant, with its wonderful views of the valley; continuing this magical journey up the valley to Ollantaytambo town which is considerate the cultural and historical living town of Peru and the last Inca town that still retains its original architecture. In the way back to Cusco we visit Chincheros town and to appreciate the sun set which is considerate one of the best sunsets view of the Andes Mountains.
Evening at leisure.

Day 7. Cusco – Arequipa - Colca Canyon (B.D.)

Private transfer to the airport for the flight, via Lima,to Peru’s second large city Arequipa also known as the “White City”, overlooked by three magical volcanoes . From Arequipa there will be a private transferring to the Colca Canyon, considerate one of the deepest and most distinct canyons in the world, dotted with small towns that preserve their customs and traditions. Overnight for three nights at Las Casitas del Colca where you can spend your time in harmony with the canyon and its surroundings. After being shown to your Casita and unpacking, you may want to take a trip to our Spa where you can unwind and acclimatize before dinner from our restaurant which serves tantalizing mix of Andean and modern cuisine created using fresh produce from our farm.
This Hotel provides a rare opportunity to relax and reflect on the beauty and tranquility of the Colca valley. Full board is included for the entire stay.

Day 8. Colca Canyon (B.L.D.)

Early morning, a guided half day private tour to: “Cruz Del Condor” here, while Condors start ascending from the canyon you can marvel at the majestic flight of this sacred Andean bird. Continuing the tour on to the remote rural town of Cabanaconde where you can experience the typical kind of life of the Colca Valley region and learn about how the sides of the canyon as been used for Incas and Pre-Incas civilization for agricultural and scientific purposes.

Day 9. Colca Canyon (B.L.D.)

Day to relax or to enjoy choosing among all the activities the hotel offers you: bird watching, cooking Lessons with native products, horseback riding, mountain bike rides, accompanied walk from moderate to challenging levels giving magnificent views of the Colca canyon or a visit to the natural thermal waters.This is one of the deepest places on the planet, reaching a depth of 3400 meters / 11.155 feet at the lowest point in the location of Canco. On the right side, it is flanked by the Chila Cordillera (Bomboya, Serpregrina, Mismi, Queshihua) and on the other by Mount Hualca Hualca, Sabancaya, and Ampato. You can seeMountUbinas and beautiful MountCoropuna in the distance.

Day 10. Colca Canyon – Arequipa – Lima (B.L.)

Early morning transfer back to Arequipa. A city tour will be arranged where we visit one of Arequipa’s leading architectural and historical attractions: the Convent of Santa Catalina. Enjoy a delicious lunch at La Trattoria del Monasterio, an outstanding restaurant inside the convent, a truly memorable culinary adventure that combines the finest of Arequipenian and Italian cuisine. Continuing with the city tour we will visit the Museum of the teenager Inca Princess call “Juanita” recently found in a top of a glacier close to Arequipa. Later, transfer to the airport for the flight back to Lima. Overnight at the Miraflores Park Hotel, in an Ocean View Executive Suite.

Day 11. Depart Lima (B.)

Day free at leisure before departure. Transfer to Lima international airport will be 3 and half hours before international flight time.
