Spectacular ascent to one of the most beautiful lakes in The White Range (Cordillera Blanca), an intense turquoise lake on the base of Chacraraju (6112 m.a.s.l.) and Pisco (5800 m.a.s.l.). During the trip, there will be an explanation about Campo Santo, where Yungay was, a city that disappeared by an avalanch caused by the earthquake in 1970. Then you can enjoy Llanganuco Valley, surrounded by Huandoy, Huascaran, Chacraraju, Chopicalqui, Yanapaccha and Pisco Peaks, where you can appreciate its immense turquoise lagoons. From Huaraz city takes 2 hours to arrive to Cebollapampa Valley, the start point of the trek. The trail take us through a fascinating landscape of rivers, waterfalls and mountains.
